Monticello: The Home of Thomas Jefferson Visitors Center Project

Services include development consulting and team leadership for the rezoning of the historic site for a world-class visitors center, administrative complex, and restoration of the mountaintop to its Jefferson-era presentation. Rezoning approved 2005. Nationally acclaimed, LEED-GOLD certified, 40,000 sf Visitors Center opened April 2009. Monticello is the only residence in the United States on the World Heritage List.
