Bespoke Connecticut Country Estate
Overview
Located on a 300-acre farm in the hills of western Connecticut, this elegant farmhouse included a racquets building with squash, basketball and fitness areas; a full size hockey rink that converts to tennis courts in the summer; stables, a European greenhouse, swimming pool, arbor and extensive native plantings throughout the grounds. The main buildings are clad in split schist stone from a local quarry, with heavy oak timber and a slate & cedar roof. The house is heated by a geothermal well field.
