Kimpton Forum Hotel at the UVA Darden School

Owner representation for the development of the bespoke 199-room hotel and conference center on the historic grounds of the University of Virginia for the Darden School of Business. The hotel, operated by Kimpton, an IHG company, combines Virginia hospitality and traditional design with cutting-edge learning and convening spaces that inspire. The project includes the six-acre Lacross Botanical Gardens featuring over 115,000 plants across ten landscaped acres, including a recirculating pond and riparian watercourse.
