Martha Jefferson Replacement Hospital
Overview
Full-serve program management over an eleven-year time period from land acquisition through ribbon cutting of a 176-bed acute care replacement hospital, 786 space parking deck and 1.3M sf master plan for the healthcare campus. Services included real estate evaluation, due diligence, rezoning, COPN approval, team assembly, programming, design and construction management of the new hospital. The hospital is LEED certified and was voted the most beautiful hospital by Solient.
