The Murphy Deming College of Health Sciences is a new, 52,000 sf graduate school offering doctoral programs in physical therapy and occupational therapy, and a master’s program in physician assistant studies. Located in a corridor designated for grown and investment, the MDCHS is part of a 160-acre mixed-use development including apartments, a six-acre business park, a 100-acre conservation area, and more than three miles of trails for biking, walking and running.
