Located on the historic grounds of the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, the Residences consists of a six-story, 67-unit, 120 bedroom building and a second seven-story, 149-unit, 222 bed structure. The project included extensive enabling infrastructure work and complex logistics due to its location immediately adjacent to the Darden School, the main parking structure, Smith Hall, and the Kimpton Forum Hotel.
