The Villas at Shenandoah Valley Westminster Canterbury
Overview
Land planning and development of a ten-building, 97-apartment, independent living community on a 22-acre parcel in Winchester and Frederick County, Virginia for Shenandoah Valley Westminster Canterbury, a life plan community. The buildings are concrete and steel structures over podium parking set in a dramatically-sloping hillside overlooking an extensively-landscaped site featuring a constructed steam, wetlands and pond. An intergenerational daycare center has been planned on the site. Master planning for the full campus is underway.
