A 122-apartment, 300,000 sf independent living expansion to the hilltop campus of Westminster Canterbury of the Blue Ridge. The project also included a complete renovation of the dining and kitchen, including serving 40,000 meals to residents from a temporary kitchen while the new kitchen was constructed. Additional amenities spaces include a new medical clinic, physical therapy area, library, beauty shop, chapel and concierge services.
