Maris joined Matthews Development Company in 2025 as Director of Operations, bringing a strong foundation in organization, leadership, and team support. She spent the early stages of her career in college athletics as the Director of Operations for women’s lacrosse, and brings experience working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
