Services include development consulting and team leadership for therezoning of the historic site for a world-class visitors center, administrative complex, and restoration of the mountaintop to its Jefferson-era presentation. Rezoning approved 2005. Nationally acclaimed, LEED-GOLD certified, 40,000 sf Visitors Center opened April 2009. Monticello is
the only residence in the United States on the World Heritage List. Multiple repeat client.

Overview

Project includes the creation of the Monticello Historic District and master planning for a world-class visitors center and administrative campus for the Thomas Jefferson Foundation, Inc.

Services include selection of the architect and consultants; team leader for rezoning and entitlement work; consulting and pre-development planning for the new visitors center and administration campus; project management of the Visitors Center; evaluation of newly acquired real estate assets.
