Matthews Development Company was engaged by Williamsburg Landing as its owner’s representative in the planning, design, and development of comprehensive campus renovations and additions to the Woodhaven complex, including:
- Four level, 37-bedroom assisted living addition
- Two level, 24-bedroom memory care building and adult daycare center
- Conversion of previous memory care wing to skilled rehab bedrooms
- Extensive renovations to skilled care, cultural, dining, kitchen and service areas of the facility.
